Recommended Dosage is Pradaxa 110mg

Patient aged >80y/0 with or without history of cancer, is recommended a dosage of Pradaxa 110mg BD.

Patient aged <80 y/o with or without history of cancer & CrCL of
> 30mL/min and having concomitant verapamil, is recommended a dosage of Pradaxa 110mg BD.

Patient aged <80 y/o with or without history of cancer and CrCL of
>30mL/min and not having concomitant verapamil but having Gastritis or Esophagitis or gastroesophageal reflux, is recommended a dosage of Pradaxa 110mg BD.

Patient aged <80 y/o with Prevention of recurrent DVTPE & CrCL of > 30mL/min and having concomitant verapamil, is recommended a dosage of Pradaxa 110mg BD.

Patient aged <80 y/o with Prevention of recurrent DVTPE and CrCL of
>30mL/min and not having concomitant verapamil but having Gastritis or Esophagitis or gastroesophageal reflux, is recommended a dosage of Pradaxa 110mg BD.

Patient aged <80 y/o with Prevention of recurrent DVTPE and CrCL of
>30mL/min and not having concomitant verapamil but having Gastritis or Esophagitis or gastroesophageal reflux, is recommended a dosage of Pradaxa 150mg BD.

VTE-BLEED is a clinical risk score to predict the risk of bleeding during stable anticoagulation treatment after acute VTE.¹ The score was developed based on a patient-level post hoc analysis of patients enrolled in two RCTs, namely RE-COVER and RE-COVER II trials.²
